The company emphasizes the importance of its team members, recognizing that every individual is essential in fulfilling its mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services and products. The culture at Cencora fosters inclusivity, personal growth, and a meaningful workplace experience, encouraging employees to contribute towards a purpose that transcends conventional business goals.
This particular role is positioned within Cencora’s distribution services, specifically supporting the AmerisourceBergen business operating in the US. It offers a unique opportunity for individuals who want to contribute within a dynamic warehouse and distribution environment. The position is full-time and offers competitive hourly wages starting at $23.50 per hour, with potential earnings of up to $25.50 per hour through shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses. Additionally, a $2000 sign-on bonus and productivity bonuses are provided to reward contributions and dedication. Another vital component of the role is updating records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activities in order to maintain inventory control accuracy. The position demands direct communication to answer routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts, providing clarity and support for execution activities. This role serves as a backbone in the distribution chain, playing an essential part in keeping supply operations running smoothly and efficiently.
