The current staffing assignment is for a Surgical Technologist, a pivotal role within the clinical care department. This position requires a skilled professional who supports surgical teams by preparing and managing surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment during operations. Surgical Technologists ensure that operating rooms run smoothly by anticipating the needs of surgeons, maintaining sterile environments through strict aseptic technique, and assisting with tasks that require manual dexterity and attention to detail. The shift for this role is Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., providing a structured work schedule. As a Surgical Technologist employed via Banner Staffing Services, you will engage in essential functions including preparing surgical procedures by selecting the appropriate instruments and supplies, reviewing case carts, and ensuring readiness for all surgical cases.
