Job Duties

  • Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations
  • Prepare ingredients and cook main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
  • Plate prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance
  • Work with servers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
  • Prepare and measure ingredients following specified recipes
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including storage areas
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere in the kitchen
