The available position is for an Internet Concierge, a critical role within the company’s Business Development Center (BDC). This role is designed for an individual who combines excellent communication skills with the ability to use technology effectively to attract and engage potential car buyers. The Internet Concierge functions as the bridge between online inquiries and the sales team by making outbound calls, responding to incoming calls, and scheduling sales appointments. The role requires maintaining high standards of courtesy, professionalism, and follow-up persistence to convert internet leads into successful sales outcomes.
As an Internet Concierge, you will utilize the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to perform ongoing follow-up activities such as calls, emails, and texting to maintain contact with potential customers who have yet to make a purchase. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented attitude and the ability to handle multiple communication channels efficiently. Additionally, candidates must possess bilingual skills in English and Spanish to effectively engage the diverse Miami market. The role involves working independently and collaboratively within a team, with responsibilities including managing appointment scheduling and contributing to other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and/or related experience
- excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- professional demeanor and appearance
- knowledge of typing, email and general computer skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- must be able to work a five day per week work week including some Saturdays and Sundays
- must be able to write and speak in both Spanish and English

Job Duties
- Makes outbound calls to schedule sales appointments
- answers incoming calls and internet inquiries to schedule sales appointments
- utilizes CRM to complete ongoing follow-up calls, emails and texts to unsold prospects
- schedules follow-up contact if appointment is not fulfilled
- performs other job related duties as assigned
