The current opportunity is for the role of an Internet Concierge within one of the group’s bustling operations. This position is vital as it bridges the gap between prospective customers and the sales department, providing a seamless and engaging introduction to the dealership’s offerings. The Internet Concierge (BDC Specialist) leverages a blend of customer service acumen, technological proficiency, and sales skills to attract and secure clients. The role requires managing inbound and outbound communications including calls, emails, and texts, all with the objective of scheduling sales appointments and maintaining ongoing engagement with potential buyers. Importantly, this role demands a courteous and professional phone demeanor combined with a positive attitude to foster outstanding customer relationships.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and/or related experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Knowledge of typing, email and general computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work a five day per week work week including some Saturdays and Sundays
  • Must be able to write and speak in both Spanish and English

Job Duties

  • Makes outbound calls to schedule sales appointments
  • Answers incoming calls and internet inquiries to schedule sales appointments
  • Utilizes CRM to complete ongoing follow-up calls, emails and texts to unsold prospects
  • Schedules follow-up contact if appointment is not fulfilled
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned
