Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in international trade compliance or a related field
- knowledge of U.S. customs regulations and HTS classification system
- experience in handling compliance documentation
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- proficiency in working with cross-functional teams
- attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- prepare and file documentation related to HTS classifications and US Customs regulations to ensure international compliance
- apply knowledge of U.S. HTS classifications around ready to wear, footwear and handbags
- understand customs requirements on import shipments to the U.S.
- manage compliance with U.S. Fish and Wildlife and CITES regulations
- review and audit customs and duty documentation to ensure accurate invoicing and classifications
- collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers/brokers
- support department initiatives to improve efficiency and cut costs
