It is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity and inclusion, ensuring that hiring decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. This ensures compliance and security, which are critical within this specialized industry. GracoRoberts values continuous improvement and accountability, aiming to deliver superior service to its stakeholders while nurturing employee growth and engagement.
The International Service Coordinator position at GracoRoberts is a critical role designed to support global customers and suppliers in the Aerospace and Defense sector. This full-time hybrid role offers an annual salary range of $65,000 to $70,000, reflecting the importance of the position within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing international service operations, ensuring the sourcing of approved products and materials, and supporting requests for quotations (RFQs) and bid proposals. The role requires strong coordination capabilities to handle purchase orders meticulously, overseeing order status, confirmations, and updates while maintaining timely delivery schedules.
Additionally, the International Service Coordinator will act as a key liaison for international accounts, maintaining seamless communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Furthermore, the coordinator will identify cost-saving opportunities, working closely with Supply Chain and Sales teams to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce expenses.
Candidates for this position are expected to have extensive experience—specifically over five years—in purchasing roles related to Aerospace and Defense. Experience dealing with aerospace chemicals, hardware, and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) purchasing is strongly preferred. Compatibility with international customers and suppliers is essential due to the global nature of the work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary to perform daily administrative and communication tasks.
