Job Duties
- Provide highly personalized care to a defined patient panel in a private office setting
- Offer same-day and acute care visits to address individual clinical needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in ongoing professional development and educational activities
- Uphold the standards of the Mayo Model of Care by delivering patient-centered and service-oriented care
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to clinical research as appropriate
