Job Description

Located in the vibrant metro area of Seattle, WA, this concierge medicine practice offers a unique opportunity for physicians seeking a rewarding career in personalized healthcare. Seattle, the largest urban center in the Pacific Northwest with a metro population of 3.25 million, is renowned for its stunning mountain views, thriving arts and music scene, outdoor lifestyle, and robust economy fueled by major tech giants. This makes it not only a great place to work but also to live and grow professionally and personally.

This concierge medical practice is membership-based, focusing on providing personalized, high-quality care to a smaller panel of patients. The role specifically seeks Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine physicians who are looking to break away from the traditional grind of healthcare and embrace a more flexible, autonomous, and fulfilling medical career. Physicians will have the opportunity to see between 3 to 8 patients daily, primarily seniors (70-80% of the patient panel), including some visits in assisted living facilities, allowing deeper relationships and more attentive care than typical practices.

Compensation is highly competitive, starting at a $300,000 base salary with potential for increased earnings by expanding the patient panel. The practice offers comprehensive benefits including medical PPO, dental and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match, along with six weeks of paid vacation. Physicians will enjoy a small patient panel, allowing for extensive one-on-one time with each patient, fostering stronger doctor-patient relationships and improving overall patient satisfaction.

Autonomy and schedule flexibility are significant advantages of this role, empowering physicians to design a work-life balance that suits their lifestyle. This position caters to those who value collegiality and collaboration within a supportive group environment but also appreciate the independence concierge medicine offers. Outstanding bedside manner is essential, as the practice prioritizes compassionate care and meaningful interactions with patients, particularly a predominantly senior demographic.

Joining this practice means stepping into a lifestyle that promotes not only professional growth but also personal well-being. Physicians can leave behind the high-volume pressures often seen in traditional clinics, enjoy manageable patient loads, and focus on delivering excellence in care with an emphasis on prevention and wellness. Seattle's quality of life, rich culture, and access to world-class amenities complement this opportunity perfectly, making it an attractive location for medical professionals looking to advance their careers in concierge medicine.
