Compensation is highly competitive, starting at a $300,000 base salary with potential for increased earnings by expanding the patient panel. The practice offers comprehensive benefits including medical PPO, dental and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match, along with six weeks of paid vacation.
