Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or equivalent combination of education training and work experience preferred
- ability to supervise and train for use of equipment tools and materials in CSR LSR and SA job descriptions
- ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR LSR and SA job descriptions
- ability to use computer or acquire necessary computer skills
- valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- ability to have open availability
- ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
- ability to perform essential duties and physical functions described
- ability to work in the conditions described
- ability to operate a motor vehicle
- ability to sit for long periods
- food server certificate and food safety management certification may be required
- ability to work minimum 50 hours per week
- ability to be exposed to cold or warm temperature extremes

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, ability to supervise and train employees on equipment tools and materials, ability to manage functions of customer service representative lead CSR and store assistant, computer skills or ability to acquire, valid driver's license and dependable transportation, open availability, ability to communicate orally and in writing in English, ability to perform essential duties and physical functions, ability to operate a motor vehicle, Food Server certificate and Food Safety Management certification may be required
Job Duties
- Directly supervise activities of 2 or more full-time employees including assistant managers, recruits hires and trains positive enthusiastic employees, develop manage and assign tasks to ensure store is clean stocked and organized, schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain store image, promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints, prepare and provide performance appraisals and feedback, train employees on customer service safety procedures and cash awareness, ensure completion of required training, manage store files reports and employment posters, analyze sales and expense information to maximize profits, safeguard and account for money, notify market manager of discrepancies
