This position is responsible for directly supervising multiple full-time employees, including assistant managers, lead representatives, and customer service representatives. The job requires someone who can work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, comfortably function in environments with temperature extremes (such as coolers and freezers), and perform physical tasks like lifting, bending, reaching, and pushing as necessary. Physical endurance, communication skills, and the ability to operate motor vehicles and computer systems are essential.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of retail work experience or equivalent combination of education training and work experience preferred
- ability to supervise and train for use of equipment tools and materials in CSR LSR and SA job descriptions
- ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR LSR and SA job descriptions
- ability to use computer or acquire necessary computer skills
- valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- ability to have open availability
- ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
- ability to perform essential duties and physical functions described

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Directly supervise activities of 2 or more full-time employees including assistant managers, recruits hires and trains positive enthusiastic employees, develop manage and assign tasks to ensure store is clean stocked and organized, schedule employees to maximize customer service and maintain store image, promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints, prepare and provide performance appraisals and feedback, train employees on customer service safety procedures and cash awareness, ensure completion of required training, manage store files reports and employment posters, analyze sales and expense information to maximize profits, safeguard and account for money, notify market manager of discrepancies
