The bank supports continuous learning and growth by requiring the Universal Banker to attend training sessions at the Minnwest Bank Training Center in Eagan, Minnesota twice a year. Travel expenses are covered either by a bank vehicle or mileage reimbursement if a personal vehicle is used. The work schedule typically runs Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with additional hours on Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm.
