Job Duties
- Execute a high quality locally driven menu
- learn and work at any kitchen station as required
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

- ensure proper prep and station setup for shifts
- follow directions from food and beverage management
- adapt to changes in duties and scheduling
- maintain urgency and effectiveness throughout the shift
- complete all job duties and check out with manager before leaving
