Job Description
Our client is a prominent developer and construction company with a substantial presence across South Florida, specializing in luxury high-rise and multifamily residential projects. With a reputation for delivering high-end residential communities and expansive multifamily developments, this company has established itself as a leader in the regional property construction sector. Their strong pipeline of projects ensures long-term growth and stability, providing an excellent foundation for employees seeking career progression in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The company fosters a culture grounded in teamwork, quality, and innovation, complemented by comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation packages. Located in Miami, Florida, this permanent position offers a salary range of USD 110,000 to USD 140,000 annually, with additional performance bonuses and allowances available.
The role of Site Manager focuses on managing interior finishes, quality control, and punch list completion for luxury residential projects, specifically within the multifamily and high-rise development space. This position requires effective coordination of subcontractors, inspectors, and turnover activities to ensure construction schedules are met on time and to the highest standards. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in monitoring daily construction progress, maintaining detailed project documentation, and identifying and resolving deficiencies by ensuring adherence to plans and specifications. Furthermore, this role demands strict enforcement of site safety standards to support successful project closeout phases, safeguarding both workforce welfare and project integrity.
A key aspect of the Site Manager position includes utilizing digital tools such as Procore for construction management and interpreting construction drawings to drive accurate and efficient project execution. This role is ideal for experienced construction professionals who have at least five years' experience in interior construction, punch list, or superintendent roles, and who possess a background in multifamily, condominium, hospitality, or residential construction projects. The opportunity provides exposure to luxury high-rise developments and offers strong career growth potential within a company with one of the most stable and robust project pipelines in South Florida.
In addition to the role-specific responsibilities, the company cultivates a supportive and inclusive workplace that values diversity and equal opportunity. The company does not discriminate on any grounds protected by federal, state, or local law and encourages applications from minorities, women, disabled individuals, protected veterans, and all other qualified candidates. Beyond the attractive salary and bonus structure, the company offers an extensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plans; paid time off and holidays; mileage or vehicle allowances; and a comprehensive technology package to facilitate efficient workflow and communication. This role reports to a dedicated leadership team and is supported by the extensive resources of the organization, ensuring that the Site Manager can effectively contribute to the company's continued success in high-value real estate development.
