The role of a Site Director at Champions, a part of the KinderCare family, plays a critical role in this mission by leading and managing programs that serve elementary-aged children during out-of-school hours on school campuses. This leadership role involves maintaining regulatory compliance around licensing, safety, and educational standards, as well as driving recruitment and enrollment efforts to expand the program's reach. Site Directors must possess a love for children, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic learning environment that balances fun and discovery with structured growth.
