Situated in a dynamic community setting, Kids Empire emphasizes exceptional customer service, safety, and cleanliness to ensure every visit is memorable and enjoyable. The company is dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture, where employees are empowered to grow and serve guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
The Park Manager at Kids Empire plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the park, overseeing employee performance, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety standards throughout the facility. This full-time position requires a proactive and attentive leader who is adept at managing both staff and guest interactions efficiently. The Park Manager is the primary point of contact between guests and the entertainment center, responsible for addressing any concerns, resolving complaints, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

The Park Manager also maintains inventory levels for snacks and beverages and coordinates family events to ensure seamless operations. Interaction with corporate teams and suppliers, along with compliance with company policies, supplement this multifaceted position.

The role demands excellent leadership, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a vibrant family entertainment venue, delivering exceptional service and ensuring operational excellence. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, dental and vision insurance options, supplemental accident and hospital insurance, employee assistance programs, life and AD&D insurance, pet insurance, recreational discounts, and a 401(k) plan, reflecting the company’s commitment to employee well-being and satisfaction.
