These include Pre-Admission Testing, Pre-Op, Operating Room, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Endoscopy, Sterile Processing, and Anesthesia services. The role demands hands-on leadership to guide and support a diverse team of perioperative nurses, surgical technologists, anesthesiologists, and physicians. This leader will engage in close collaboration with department directors and clinical educators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

In this fast-paced perioperative department, the Interim Manager will be responsible for maintaining smooth patient flow through multiple procedural areas, which accommodate a variety of surgical specialties.
