Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- proficiency in ICU technology and documentation systems
- excellent interpersonal and cultural competence
- availability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in California
- certification in critical care nursing preferred
- prior experience in an ICU or equivalent critical care setting
- knowledge of advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- commitment to professional development and patient-centered care
