Job Description
Pinkerton is a globally recognized leader in enterprise risk management services with a rich history spanning over 170 years. As a pioneering force in the industry, Pinkerton has impacted security and intelligence solutions worldwide through its innovative approach and unwavering commitment to integrity, vigilance, and excellence. The company prides itself on fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce, recognizing that the unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives of its employees are critical assets that drive its ability to deliver world-class solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Operating at the forefront of the risk management sector, Pinkerton specializes in providing custom-designed intelligence and security services for corporate clients, government entities, and individuals requiring expert protection and strategic insights. With a strong focus on client-centric service, the organization builds and maintains trusted relationships, ensuring client needs are thoroughly understood and addressed with precision and professionalism.
The Intelligence Program Manager role at Pinkerton is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for acting as the primary liaison between Pinkerton and a designated client. This role demands a seasoned intelligence professional with substantial experience to manage and enhance client relationships effectively. Serving as a bridge, the Program Manager guarantees alignment between client expectations and Pinkerton’s service delivery standards, enhancing client satisfaction and operational success.
This position contributes directly to high-consequence strategic and geopolitical foresight by overseeing and guiding the workflow of mid-level Intelligence Analysts. The Manager ensures intelligence products meet stringent GTI writing standards by conducting editorial reviews, thus maintaining the highest quality of analysis. Additionally, the Manager is instrumental in responding promptly to intelligence requests, managing vendor staffing, and tracking account performance through key performance indicators and profit and loss metrics.
The Intelligence Program Manager is entrusted with producing insightful and clear intelligence products based on comprehensive all-source analysis. This includes evaluating a broad array of information such as regional civil unrest, crime trends, environmental hazards, and weather conditions to provide clients with actionable intelligence. By discerning relevant trends and forecasting future threats, the Manager advises clients on possible courses of action, thereby aiding in strategic decision-making.
Candidates for this role should possess a bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of corporate intelligence experience, ideally complemented by supervisory or leadership experience. The role requires advanced knowledge of open-source intelligence methodologies and the ability to independently analyze complex data derived from multiple unrelated sources. A successful Intelligence Program Manager will demonstrate exceptional client management skills, adaptability to evolving environments, strong communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
Working conditions include regular computer usage, occasional physical activity such as reaching and lifting small objects, frequent sitting, and travel as required by client needs. Pinkerton offers a competitive salary aligned at USD 150,000.00 per year, reflecting the senior nature of the position and the critical responsibilities involved.
Pinkerton is committed to equal opportunity employment. It actively seeks candidates from all backgrounds and promotes a non-discriminatory workplace where diversity and inclusion are core principles. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes employer-paid life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, voluntary life and AD&D coverage, medical insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, dental and vision plans, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also enjoy a robust 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, including vacation, personal, sick days, and holidays, as well as access to various employee assistance programs.
This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals seeking to apply their intelligence expertise within a reputable, globally influential organization dedicated to protecting clients and delivering excellence in the intelligence and risk management industry.
