The Intelligence Program Manager role at Pinkerton is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for acting as the primary liaison between Pinkerton and a designated client. This position contributes directly to high-consequence strategic and geopolitical foresight by overseeing and guiding the workflow of mid-level Intelligence Analysts. The Manager ensures intelligence products meet stringent GTI writing standards by conducting editorial reviews, thus maintaining the highest quality of analysis. Additionally, the Manager is instrumental in responding promptly to intelligence requests, managing vendor staffing, and tracking account performance through key performance indicators and profit and loss metrics.

The Intelligence Program Manager is entrusted with producing insightful and clear intelligence products based on comprehensive all-source analysis. This includes evaluating a broad array of information such as regional civil unrest, crime trends, environmental hazards, and weather conditions to provide clients with actionable intelligence. By discerning relevant trends and forecasting future threats, the Manager advises clients on possible courses of action, thereby aiding in strategic decision-making.

Candidates for this role should possess a bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of corporate intelligence experience, ideally complemented by supervisory or leadership experience. The role requires advanced knowledge of open-source intelligence methodologies and the ability to independently analyze complex data derived from multiple unrelated sources. A successful Intelligence Program Manager will demonstrate exceptional client management skills, adaptability to evolving environments, strong communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Working conditions include regular computer usage, occasional physical activity such as reaching and lifting small objects, frequent sitting, and travel as required by client needs. Pinkerton offers a competitive salary aligned at USD 150,000.00 per year, reflecting the senior nature of the position and the critical responsibilities involved.
