The current opportunity at Keystone Human Services is for the position of Program Supervisor. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a competitive hourly wage of $23 and involves leadership responsibilities that are central to the success of the organization’s mission and programs. As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs, ensuring that the organization meets its objectives, adheres to budgetary constraints, and complies with all relevant regulations. This supervisory position requires a balance of management duties and direct support, requiring you to lead by example while participating in the day-to-day needs of the programs you oversee. You will play a key role in shaping program outcomes, supporting team members, and advocating for continuous improvement. The Program Supervisor acts as a vital link between management and staff, facilitating communication, providing guidance, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or related field
  • Associate’s degree with sixty credited hours and one year experience in human services or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or related field preferred
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to successfully complete and maintain required Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR certifications and other mandated trainings
  • Effective communication and proficient computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and possibly daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of pre-employment process including clearances and verifications

Job Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience preferred
