Job Requirements
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook
- excellent organization and time management skills
- ability to respond effectively in high stress situations
- ability to work collaboratively
- valid driver’s license with daily access to an insured vehicle
- successful completion of pre-employment process including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours with 6 months of related work experience
- high school diploma or equivalent with one year of related work experience
- strong organizational and time management skills
- basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Outlook
- ability to work collaboratively across various organizational levels
Job Duties
- Monitor program operations to ensure goals are achieved
- coach and support persons with disabilities to exercise choices and acquire competencies
