Confie values bright, motivated, and goal-oriented individuals eager to advance their careers within a supportive and dynamic environment.
The role of an Insurance Agent at Confie is a unique opportunity for professionals interested in the insurance sales industry to achieve significant financial success and career growth. This position primarily involves selling nonstandard auto insurance to both new and existing customers, while also expanding offerings to include homeowners and health insurance products. The Insurance Agent role is structured with unlimited uncapped commission, allowing earning potential to grow directly with individual effort and achievements. In addition to a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $150,000 per year, the role features opportunities for incentives and bonuses, including a sign-on bonus opportunity of up to $4,000. This sales-driven position requires excellent relationship-building skills, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple client needs effectively. Agents receive comprehensive paid training and licensing support, ongoing mentorship, and development to ensure success in this competitive field.
Working at Confie as an Insurance Agent means no cold calling, as the company provides a high volume of inbound leads and walk-in traffic, allowing agents to focus on servicing and expanding their clientele. The company’s culture prioritizes recognition and celebrates individual accomplishments, creating an encouraging atmosphere for personal and professional growth. Confie offers an extensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a retirement plan with company-matched 401(k) contributions, paid time off, fitness reimbursement, and an employee assistance program. There are also optional plans available for disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, accident insurance, and even pet insurance, catering to a wide range of employee needs and preferences. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping people, with strong interpersonal skills and an ambitious, motivated attitude ready to take advantage of a thriving sales environment.
