Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Own transportation to and from events
- Phone with basic calling and video chat capability
- Access to a computer for reporting
- Ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to work Friday to Sunday 6-hour shifts
- Friendly attitude and love of interacting with people
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of using a mobile phone and computer
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles preferred
- Ability to engage with community members in a positive manner
- Responsible and punctual with reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Set up an attractive table with free food samples
- Greet shoppers with a smile and invite them to try something new
- Encourage conversation and share simple facts about the product
- Report how the event went through a simple mobile app
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly presence throughout the shift
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of the demonstration area
- Adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations
