Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- have a phone with basic calling and video chat capability
- own a computer or tablet for reporting
- have reliable transportation to and from events
- able to stand and lift up to 25 lbs
- willingness to work flexible weekend shifts
- ability to engage positively with people
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- experience in customer service or retail preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic understanding of mobile app usage
- good communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- punctual and reliable
Job Duties
- Set up an attractive table with free food or alcohol samples
- greet shoppers with a smile and invite them to try something new
- encourage conversation and share simple facts about the product
- report how the event went through a simple mobile app
- maintain a friendly and welcoming presence during shifts
- follow company procedures for sample handling and setup
- engage with customers to promote product awareness
