- Receive orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for items accurately and efficiently at local stores
- Deliver grocery orders to customers’ doors
- Communicate with customers regarding order details and substitutions
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Follow health and safety guidelines while shopping and delivering
- Manage flexible work schedule to optimize earnings
