Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- 21 years or older to deliver alcohol
- eligible to work in the United States
- consistent access to a vehicle
- ownership of a recent smartphone
- ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- willingness to conduct deliveries while following local traffic laws and safety regulations
- subject to availability of batches in your area
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous shopping or delivery experience is an advantage but not required
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to use a smartphone and navigate the Instacart app effectively
- reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- strong time management and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Receive grocery orders through the Instacart Shopper app
- shop for customers by selecting high-quality and accurate items at local stores
- deliver groceries directly to customers’ doors promptly
- provide excellent customer service to ensure positive customer experiences
- manage time efficiently to complete orders within designated time frames
- handle payment and tipping processes through the app
- participate in promotional earnings and incentives offered by Instacart
