Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Possession of a recent smartphone
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Valid driver’s license (if delivering alcohol, must be 21 plus)
- Compliance with local laws and Instacart policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail, customer service, or delivery roles is a plus
- Basic smartphone literacy and ability to use mobile apps
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle physical activity related to shopping and delivery
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Instacart Shopper app
- Shop for ordered items accurately and efficiently
- Deliver groceries to customers promptly and courteously
- Maintain communication with customers and Instacart support as needed
- Manage time effectively to maximize earning potential
- Uphold high standards of customer service and product care
- Follow safety and health guidelines during shopping and delivery
