Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- 21 plus years old to deliver alcohol
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Recent smartphone compatible with the Shopper app
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with smartphone apps and technology
- Ability to navigate using GPS and mapping tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Job Duties
- Receive and accept orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for grocery items accurately and efficiently at local stores
- Verify items and ensure quality before packing
- Deliver orders promptly to customers' doors
- Communicate effectively with customers and support teams
- Manage time and routes to fulfill orders within specified timeframes
- Handle customer issues or changes according to company guidelines
