Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Ownership of a recent smartphone capable of running the Instacart Shopper app
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Responsible and reliable
- 21 years or older to deliver alcohol
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or delivery roles is advantageous but not required
- Ability to use a smartphone and navigate mobile applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Receive grocery orders through the Instacart Shopper app
- Shop for items accurately and efficiently within local stores
- Deliver orders promptly to customers’ doorsteps
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order details
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Utilize technology and the app to manage orders and payment processing
- Adhere to Instacart policies and safety guidelines
