Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older (21 or older to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Have consistent access to a reliable vehicle
- Own a recent model smartphone compatible with the Shopper app
- Have a valid driver’s license and insurance if delivering
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail, delivery, or customer service roles is advantageous but not required
- Ability to use a smartphone and navigate mobile applications
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Physical ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Familiarity with local stores and neighborhoods is a plus
Job Duties
- Receive and review customer orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for groceries and products accurately and efficiently from local stores
- Deliver completed orders to customers' doorsteps promptly
- Communicate with customers as needed to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to fulfill orders within given timelines
- Handle payment and tipping through the app smoothly
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the shopping and delivery process
