Job Requirements
- 18+ years old
- 21+ to deliver alcohol
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Ownership of a recent smartphone
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience beneficial
- Ability to navigate and use smartphone applications proficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Shopper app to shop from local stores
- Shop accurately for a variety of grocery items and household necessities
- Deliver orders to customers promptly and courteously
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any order-related queries
- Manage order batches efficiently to maximize earning potential
- Maintain knowledge of store inventory and product locations to optimize shopping time
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines during shopping and delivery
