Job Requirements
- 18+ years old
- eligible to work in the United States
- consistent access to a vehicle
- own a recent smartphone capable of running the Instacart Shopper app
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with shopping
- pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not required
- ability to use a smartphone and navigate mobile applications
- strong time management skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift grocery bags and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Shopper app
- shop for grocery items from local stores accurately
- pack items carefully to avoid damage
- deliver orders promptly to customers' doors
- communicate effectively with customers
- maintain knowledge of store layouts and product locations
- follow safety and hygiene standards
