Job Requirements
- 18+ years old
- 21+ years old to deliver alcohol
- eligible to work in the United States
- consistent access to a vehicle
- recent smartphone
- valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile app proficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry grocery items safely
Job Duties
- Receive and accept orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for products accurately and efficiently at local stores
- Deliver grocery orders to customers’ doorsteps
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the shopping and delivery process
- Manage multiple orders and optimize routes for timely delivery
- Maintain communication with customers regarding order status
- Ensure accuracy and quality in product selection and order fulfillment
