Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old (21 plus years old to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Ownership of a recent smartphone
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license
- Clear background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to use a smartphone and technology apps effectively
- Familiarity with local stores and neighborhoods is a plus
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to carry grocery items and drive safely
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Shopper app to shop from local stores
- Shop efficiently and accurately for customer-ordered products
- Deliver orders to customers' doors in a timely manner
- Maintain communication with customers when needed during the shopping and delivery process
- Follow all safety and quality procedures during shopping and delivery
- Use a smartphone app for order management and navigation
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience
