Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old (21 plus to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Possess a recent smartphone
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with local grocery stores and products
- Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with driving and navigating local areas
- Ability to lift groceries and work on your feet for extended periods
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the shopper app
- Shop for groceries at designated stores
- Select items accurately and handle substitutions when needed
- Deliver orders promptly to customers’ doors
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status
- Manage time efficiently to maximize earnings
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the shopping and delivery process
