Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old (21 years old to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Have consistent access to a vehicle
- Own a recent smartphone capable of running the Shopper app
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be able to lift and carry groceries
- Pass background checks if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in grocery shopping or delivery preferred but not required
- Familiarity with using mobile apps and smartphone technology
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to navigate local stores and neighborhoods efficiently
Job Duties
- Receive grocery orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for groceries and other items accurately from local stores
- Pack and prepare orders securely
- Deliver orders to customers' addresses promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
- Manage your schedule flexibly based on availability
- Handle payments and tips responsibly
