Job Requirements
- 18+ years old (21+ to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Possession of a recent smartphone
- Ability to pass background check if required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or delivery roles is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
- Knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns helpful
Job Duties
- Receive and accept orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for groceries and household items at local stores accurately
- Pack items carefully to prevent damage during delivery
- Deliver orders to customers' doorsteps promptly and courteously
- Communicate with customers to provide updates or resolve issues
- Manage time efficiently to maximize earning potential
- Follow all safety regulations and company guidelines during shopping and delivery
