Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old (21 plus to deliver alcohol)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Ownership of a recent smartphone
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to lift and carry grocery bags
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in retail, delivery, or customer service is beneficial
- Ability to navigate stores and use smartphone apps proficiently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Receive orders through the Shopper app
- Shop for groceries accurately and efficiently from local stores
- Deliver orders to customers' doorsteps in a timely manner
- Manage multiple orders and routes to optimize delivery times
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of local store inventory and product locations
- Use smartphone technology to track orders and communicate with customers
