Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- 21 plus years old to deliver alcohol
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Consistent access to a vehicle
- Possession of a recent smartphone
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry groceries
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and local regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail, grocery, or delivery services beneficial
- Familiarity with smartphone apps and technology
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Pick and pack grocery orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to customers’ doorsteps in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize the Instacart Shopper app to receive and manage orders
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and safety
- Manage time effectively to maximize earnings and batch completion
- Participate in special promotions and peak time incentives
