We are seeking a highly motivated Visual Communications - Project Manager to join our dynamic Visual Communications department. This role is ideal for someone passionate about dance culture and live production, who excels in project management and production oversight. The Visual Communications - Project Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the advancement, design, production, and deployment of a diverse range of visual assets essential to elevating the festival and event experience. Reporting directly to the Visual Communications - Senior Project Manager, this position requires an individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This is an on-site role requiring collaboration across multiple departments including experience, operations, production, and fabrication teams to ensure smooth execution of project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production meetings to gather requirements and provide operational input, acting as the primary liaison among stakeholders throughout sourcing and procurement processes, and maintaining comprehensive digital record-keeping aligned with company policies. Additionally, this role involves facilitating the safe and consistent operation of office and mobile equipment, conducting daily area inspections, recruiting and training team members, and performing other special projects as needed.
Travel will be required for this role, typically in economy class, to support various events. Candidates should be prepared to work in diverse environments characterized by loud noise levels and varying temperature conditions, with a need for physical stamina including walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 75 pounds. Job Requirements
- Degree or trade school accreditation in graphic design, event management, project management
- 3+ years of festival and concert tour experience
- Valid and current driver license
- U.S. Passport
- Credit card for hotel incidentals
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Fonts, Premier Pro and Media Encoder
- Proficient in MAC and PC
- Well versed in Google Docs, Sheets and Calendar
- Well versed in media cloud storage solutions like Dropbox and Google Drive
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to make decisions with limited information
- Superior interpersonal communication skills
- Physical capability for constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 75 pounds
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to travel, including holidays, evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications
- Degree or trade school accreditation (Graphic Design, Event Management, Project Management)
- Related in field experience could substitute for education
- 3+ years festival and concert tour experience
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
- Thorough understanding various aspects of festival production
- Valid and current driver license, U.S. Passport, and credit card for hotel incidentals
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Fonts, Premier Pro, and Media Encoder)
- Working knowledge of Graphic Design (Layout, Typography, File Management)
- Proficient in MAC/PC
- Well versed in Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Calendar
- Well versed in media cloud storage solutions (Dropbox, Google Drive)
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to make clear and concise decisions

Job Duties
- Manage, facilitate and or attend production meetings to gather requirements, provide operational input and distribute information to relevant teams
- Primary point of contact for production, operational, and experience stakeholders throughout specific sourcing and procurement processes
- Liaise cross-functionally between experience, operations, production and fabrication to ensure day-to-day flow of project timelines and budgets are being followed
- Document, create and distribute, live, digital and event SOPs
- Provide project development and expectations updates to experience and warehouse leads and personnel
- Partner with experience team to advance equipment, site needs and travel details for shows
- Facilitate safe, consistent operation and maintenance of all office and mobile equipment
