Job Requirements
- Cash handling experience
- Great customer service skills
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Basic math and counting skills
- General knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands
- Travel required to and from work location
- Must successfully pass background check
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
- Ability to work in extreme temperature climates
- Legal work authorization in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship

Job Duties
- Handle merchandise purchase transactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction with products before completing transactions
- Count in all product received
- Count out all product at the end of the show
- Help set up merchandise booth and product displays
- Input correct products into the cash register or POS system for accurate inventory tracking
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive customer relations
- Maintain booth cleanliness and organization throughout events
- Follow all safety and theft prevention procedures
- Execute day-to-day tasks as assigned
