The role of an Insider, also known as a Pizza Maker, is central to the Marcos Pizza experience. Job Duties
- Work multiple stations within the store including dough stretching, saucing, cheesing, cutting, cash registers, and phones
- Directly interact with customers to provide excellent service
- Prepare premium quality pizzas, subs, CheezyBread, and other menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support team members to ensure efficient operations
- Handle customer orders accurately both in-person and over the phone
