Located in Boise, Idaho, Airgas provides a full-time Inside Sales Representative / Production Operator position at a retail shop environment, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability insurance. The position requires managing order entry, processing transactions accurately, coordinating deposits, and handling logistics like merchandise transfers between locations to meet customer needs efficiently.

Additionally, the role involves filling high-pressure cylinders for industrial, medical, and mixed gases following strict compression temperature and pressure guidelines. The Production Operator ensures thorough pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests for quality assurance, maintains equipment such as pumping apparatus and pressure gauges, and adheres closely to safety standards and company policies. Clear record-keeping complying with local, state, and federal regulations is essential.
