Job Requirements
- Responsible for customer product and service standards
- Foster an environment of teamwork
- Deliver an exceptional customer and store experience
- Greet every customer with a smile and eye contact
- Execute quality store operations
- Clean the store and small wares as necessary
- Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Daytime availability and ability to work high volume lunches
- Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout shift
- Ability to be mobile in refrigerator and freezer temperatures ranging from 40 degrees F to -10 degrees F
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fast food or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Reliable and team-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Make fast and accurate sandwiches
- Take orders over the phone and operate the register
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist in prepping product for service
