Jimmy John's is now looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join their team as Inshop Crew Members at their Washington, DC location. This is an hourly team member position starting at $13.00 per hour. As an Inshop Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining Jimmy John’s reputation for “freaky fast” service by preparing and assembling sandwiches quickly and accurately, completing customer transactions efficiently, and ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment and thrives on delivering excellent customer service.

The Inshop Crew Member’s responsibilities go beyond sandwich making — you will also take phone orders, operate the register, assist with prepping products, and contribute to keeping the environment clean and sanitized according to company standards. Given the high-volume lunch periods common to the location, availability during daytime hours and the ability to work during peak times is essential. Physical stamina is important, too, as the job requires lifting up to 40 pounds regularly, standing, bending, and working in varying temperatures from walk-in refrigerators to freezer areas.
