The role of Innkeeper Bar Supervisor at Reset Hotel is a dynamic, full-time, on-site position reporting directly to the General Manager. This role is crafted for a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys the blend of multiple responsibilities, including managing bar and beverage operations, guest services, dining, and café activities. At $24 per hour, the Innkeeper Bar Supervisor is entrusted with leading the bar and beverage program, delivering exceptional craft cocktails, curated wine selections, and warm, memorable experiences. The position demands versatility, encompassing greeting and assisting guests at the front desk, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations and payments, and providing detailed information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
Beyond guest services, this role extends to food and beverage responsibilities such as setting up dining areas, taking and delivering orders, restocking supplies, and ensuring the dining setting meets high cleanliness standards. The Innkeeper Bar Supervisor also acts as a barista, preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while maintaining stock and equipment. As a bartender, the supervisor exhibits an expert knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks, advising guests and maintaining inventory with meticulous attention to detail. The role also involves training innkeeper staff on product knowledge, collaborating with the food supervisor on menus, and supporting event planning within the food and beverage department.
Cross-functional duties require balancing responsibilities across the front desk, dining, and café areas during busy times, coordinating with kitchen and housekeeping teams, and adhering strictly to food safety, hygiene, and hotel safety protocols.
