Job Duties
- Deliver the correct food items promptly and accurately to guests
- offer appropriate condiments table side with courses
- anticipate guests needs and maintain positive guest relations
- monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- communicate guests requests to servers, kitchen staff and bartenders
- maintain knowledge of table and seat numbers, section assignments and proper table set-up
- comply with all service, kitchen procedures, food safety regulations and company policies
