The Infrastructure Core Services team at Jack Henry plays a critical role in delivering foundational cloud infrastructure services, including compute, network, data management, secrets management, and workload orchestration. This team is integral to migrating workloads from traditional on-premise data centers to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), enhancing performance, security, and scalability. They collaborate closely with infrastructure platform teams to develop pipelines, identity management systems, observability tools, and security solutions, as well as with product engineering teams to support key financial services such as transactions, payments, deposits, and authentication.

This particular role focuses on designing and building the core infrastructure systems that support Jack Henry’s engineering teams. The successful candidate will leverage software development skills in languages such as Go and Python to enhance platform solutions that increase developer velocity and expedite feature delivery. They will take ownership of complex technical challenges, debug critical production issues, and implement automated systems to maintain site health and service reliability. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from any Jack Henry office or within the United States (excluding California), with minimal travel requirements.
