Job Requirements

  • Must be a United States citizen or national
  • Must complete a pre-employment security investigation and background check including a drug screening
  • May be required to complete a one-year probationary period
  • Selective Service registration required for males born on or after December 31, 1959, unless exempt
  • Must meet all eligibility requirements by the closing date and continue to meet throughout the hiring process
  • Must complete a USA Hire assessment within 48 hours after the closing date
  • Resume must support responses and qualifications by 06/22/2026
  • Position is permanent full-time
  • Available to work in Fort Worth, TX
  • Must type at least 40 words per minute
  • Occasional travel may be required

Job Qualifications

  • One full year of general experience equivalent to the GS-4 level
  • Successfully completed two years of education above the high school level
  • Successfully completed education above the high school level and general experience combined to meet qualification requirements at the GS-04 grade level
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with three or fewer errors
  • Experience performing various clerical and administrative duties in support of office operations
  • Proficiency in using word processing applications and other software to input, organize, and access information

Job Duties

  • Receiving incoming telephone calls and visitors entering the office to provide necessary information and establish contacts with appropriate departments
