As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic at 48forty Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their wood pallet manufacturing plant located in Northampton, PA. This position is a unique blend of multiple trades including electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, and inventory management. Your responsibility will be to maintain and manage various types of equipment, keeping them in optimal working condition to avoid any disruptions in plant operations. This role is vital for maintaining high productivity and operational efficiency.

The work schedule is set for the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, offering a consistent and balanced routine. The hourly pay is competitive, set at $25.00 per hour, which reflects the significance of this position in the company’s daily operations. The role demands strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond promptly to maintenance emergencies. Your expertise will be required to inspect, repair, and troubleshoot equipment including wiring, plumbing, and structural components.

The position requires learning and adapting to new and existing equipment constantly to stay ahead of maintenance issues and improve system reliability.
