We are currently looking for an Industrial Field Service Specialist to join our growing team based in Texas, US, supporting national and international clients. This role is tailored for experienced crematory service technicians with strong skills in refractory, mechanical, electrical, and programmable logic controllers (PLC) systems. The Industrial Field Service Specialist will be instrumental in installing, repairing, rebuilding, and commissioning cremation and incineration equipment. Highly hands-on and technically focused, this position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge combustion technology and contribute meaningfully to environmental sustainability. Technicians in this role will also act as the face of Matthews Environmental Solutions, engaging directly with clients, leading jobsite activities, and providing expert training to operators and technicians.

The compensation package includes an hourly base pay ranging between $25 and $43, with total compensation accounting for hourly rates, overtime, and per diem allowances. There is a clear career advancement path supported through six technician levels, enabling long-term growth and professional development within the company. Weekly travel of up to five days is required, with the benefit of being home on weekends for work-life balance.
