Job Requirements

  • retail and/or food service background
  • minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisor, manager, or leadership role over a team of at least 5 people
  • ability to work with and analyze sales numbers, ratios, measurements, percentages
  • ability to read and comprehend instructions, write professional reports and memos, and speak before groups
  • minimum of high school diploma
  • physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, load supplies and equipment, and stand for prolonged periods
  • full-time availability with varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of high school diploma
  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to analyze sales data and metrics
  • proficiency in customer service
  • organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • lead the team responsible for guest service, sales, profits, quality, and employee engagement
  • maintain excellence in product quality, guest service, product display, and store environment
  • assist the Store Manager with cash management, inventory, ordering, and operational systems
  • set team goals and support growth through effective leadership
  • ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • train and develop store employees to maximize performance
