Job Requirements
- retail and/or food service background
- minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisor, manager, or leadership role over a team of at least 5 people
- ability to work with and analyze sales numbers, ratios, measurements, percentages
- ability to read and comprehend instructions, write professional reports and memos, and speak before groups
- minimum of high school diploma
- physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, load supplies and equipment, and stand for prolonged periods
- full-time availability with varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- prior supervisory or leadership experience

Job Duties
- lead the team responsible for guest service, sales, profits, quality, and employee engagement
- maintain excellence in product quality, guest service, product display, and store environment
- assist the Store Manager with cash management, inventory, ordering, and operational systems
- set team goals and support growth through effective leadership
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- train and develop store employees to maximize performance
